What to Expect As A New Patient
Your First Contact
We want you to feel reassured and comfortable with our modern, capable practice from the moment you first call our practice.
When you contact us to make your appointment, we’ll send you a welcome package which includes your first visit’s paperwork, a reminder appointment card, a map of the area, parking directions, your doctor’s card, and a fridge magnet with all of our information on it so you can easily contact us.

You’ll be warmly greeted by our wonderful reception staff and if you are early for your appointment like most of our patients, you will be offered a cappuccino, latte or tea. If your first visit is for a dental emergency, we even offer you an energy shake to get you through!
During any brief time in the patient lounge before your appointment, we have up to date magazines and Foxtel to keep you entertained.
Then, your dental assistant will take your through to the treatment room to see your dentist. Our thorough care will involve a full explanation of everything involved, including costs, prior to beginning.
Your X-rays and other imaging will be shared with you on each dental chair’s screen, so you’ll be fully involved in the process of your dental care.

A Complimentary Care Package
On your first visit, you’ll receive a range of oral hygiene products from us at no charge to get you started on your journey to the best oral health.
These little goodies are especially handy for travelling, camping, or tucking into your bag. Or just to replace your toothbrush every 3 months as you should be doing!
We’ll also schedule you for your next check-up while you’re in the clinic, or we can call you later in the week if you don’t have your diary available. We’ll send you a reminder postcard three weeks prior to the appointment, followed by a phone call two days before your scheduled visit.
