Our dental practice isn’t like any other you’ve been to. We offer the highest level of customer service beginning from the first time you call us.
You’ll be sent a introductory package in the post that includes an appointment reminder, parking information, your dentist’s card, a map to find us and a fridge magnet; so you always have our information close at hand.
On arrival for your appointment we’d love to get you a latte, cappuccino or herbal tea, while you peruse the latest magazines or watch Foxtel in our comfortable patient lounge.
But don’t think this means you’ll be waiting in our reception area too long — we pride ourselves on very prompt service, getting you in and out as soon as possible and always letting you know if we’re running behind.
Your Dental Care is Your Choice
Part of offering you the best dental care means having the most modern technology available. Whether it is our laser dentistry, oral cancer screenings, sedation options or the screens at each treatment chair to show you X-rays or before and after pictures, our equipment will ensure you feel well informed about your oral health and that you’re receiving the highest level of care.
Your practitioner will always present your options to you clearly and concisely. The costs for each visit will be discussed prior to any treatment, so there are never any surprises.
We’ll Take Care of Everything
Our VIP dentistry doesn’t end when you leave. On your visit, we’ll make a 6-month appointment for your next check-up and cleaning, or if you don’t have your diary with you, we’ll call you within a week to get the next appointment scheduled.
Then, we’ll send you a reminder postcard three weeks before the appointment, as well as give you a call two days before the scheduled visit. We’ll make your dental care with us simple and streamlined, so you’ll feel relaxed and comfortable, and even enjoy going to the dentist!
